It seems that we are not able to control software updates being pushed on the RDC devices for all vendors. Once the update is downloaded the device randomly starts giving software update pop and it breaks the automation test. Indirectly the device becomes incompatible for automation testing until the update is installed.
It seems DC OPs team installs the update only after the request of support engineers coming from the customer. It seems that there is nothing much we can do about it rather than installing the updates, so these updates should get auto install. I think there can be a better mechanism or process to handle these OS updates. Please find the attachment for customer's suggestion.
