XCUITest testing on Sauce iOS Simulators

It'd be great to run Xcode 7 UI tests on the Sauce Labs VMs.

This would be a huge benefit to us here at Emirates. +1 from us.

At MLB we utilize native test frameworks for ios and android UI automation. The inability to run XCUITest through SL simulators significantly reduces our ability to scale with you. I'd be interested if you have updates because unfortunately, we're evaluating alternatives.

This would also benefit my company as well. Not being able to use simulators w/XCUI is a blocker for us. We are using AWS device farm and XCUI  as a POC without issue and without large budget increases.

I know SauceLabs support XCUI with real devices but moving to real devices is cost prohibitive. We would love to be able to keep using SauceLabs for our mobile automation but if we move from Appium we would need to stop using SauceLabs.

This idea is currently still be evaluated and will be updated when more information is available.

Any updates here? We are already using Sauce Labs for our Android and Web testing; we would also love to run it on our iOS tests, but this is a blocker for us and we may reconsider Sauce Labs as a long-term solution for testing.

I upvote this request. We have a big company in US that uses Sauce Labs for their web, but it will be great to use Sauce Labs with XCUI test support. Any news on that?

Second this request! My (large) company prefers XCTest to Appium, but there's not currently a good distributed solution for scaling many tests. We are a Sauce Labs customer for our existing Appium suite but may reconsider as we move toward XCTest.

XCUITest is under consideration, but this would take a while to implement as a completely new product.

This would benefit my company if Sauce Labs would support XCUI testing framework. Currently, building out a mac mini farm locally to test our iOS apps.
