Add support for Chrome browser in Android emulator

Currently the only browser that can be automated in SauceLabs Android emulators is the stock browser, that is  ‘Chromium’. I would like to have support also for "Chrome" browser because it is unlikely that my application will be run in "Chromium" by a real user.

Unfortunately support for Chrome browser in Android emulators will not be possible due to a hardware limitation on our servers (no GPU to support rendering). We do, however, have Chrome browsers available for automated testing on our Android real devices. Feel free to contact your sales representative if you're interested in trying those out, we can get the process started.

AWS has GPU servers available? Could you maybe just double charge minutes for these tests to offset the costs without having to go all enterprise

We also need the tests to be running on Chrome instead of Chromium. We need to collect performance numbers from Chrome API which fail on Chromium saying ' log type 'performance' not found'

We actually released Chrome support on Android 6.0 and 7.0 emulators recently. See https://wiki.saucelabs.com/display/DOCS/2017/03/31/Android+6.0+and+7.0+Support+Released
