Open-source Maven sauce-connect plugin

Sauce support reports that the maven and Azure DevOps plugins are no longer maintained or supported by sauce labs.

It looks like Jenkins and TravisCI are the only currently-supported CI tools, but my client uses Azure DevOps. If we have a Maven plugin, we could run sauce connect on any CI system.

We could use ci-sauce as the starting point to develop a Maven plugin, which has been open-sourced, appears to still be maintained, and is used by several Maven modules, including the Jenkins OnDemand plugin:

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.saucelabs/ci-sauce/usages

https://github.com/saucelabs/ci-sauce

Note that there are 2 existing maven plugins for sauce connect listed on mvnrepository.org, but the latest updates for these plugins were in Jan and Oct 2018, respectively:

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.saucelabs/sauce-connect

https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.saucelabs.maven.plugin/sauce-connect-plugin

I'm proposing to revive and maintain the Maven plugin, and open-source its code similar to how the ci-sauce code has been open-sourced.
