publicDevicesOnly Capability for Dynamic Allocation

According to https://wiki.saucelabs.com/display/DOCS/Appium+Capabilities+for+Real+Device+Testing#AppiumCapabilitiesforRealDeviceTesting-OptionalCapabilitiesforDynamicAllocation it is possible to request allocation of private devices only. See privateDevicesOnly capability.

At the same time, we can not request allocation of public devices only. It would be great to have that feature, something like publicDevicesOnly capability.

For public Android devices there are no 'Save password' pop-ups that offer to save a password in a cloud. These pop-ups are different for different devices and in some cases, it’s easier to use public devices to automate scripts.

Can you describe a scenario where you would want to dictate usage of public devices only?
