Support Web Inspector on Simulators

Currently, there is no easy way to open up an Inspector for Safari tests on iOS Simulators.
The only way is to open Safari on a Live Test, restart the Simulator and use Safari's inspector.

Even then, due to differences in how Sauce installs the Simulators, this doesn't always work.

Providing an experience attached to the session, similarly how it's done on RDC, would be very helpful to debug web issues on Simulators.

I tested again by following my procedure more closely: I could open and connect web inspectors for iPhone and iPad. Great.

Still waiting web inspectors in Android simulators.

We, developers, are still waiting for this critical feature. Note that, before the big update at the middle of August 2020, my hack to reveal iOS-iPadOS web inspectors was: restart mobile Safari. Start the Mac Safari and connect it with mobile Safari. It worked! Never found any communication about it from Saucelabs. Found just by insisting :)

Need support for all devices, including Chrome on Android.  Browserstack has an easy to use plug in to accomplish this.
