[Screener] Allow browser updates without requiring completely new diffs

We don't want to update our browser version because that will require visually inspecting every snapshot, which is really time consuming.

The ability to perform drag and drop actions using Screener steps

We'd like to apply visual tests to with drag and drop. Ideally we'd like to test the state of a drag currently in process as we have styles applied, but this currently isn't possible by chaining .mouseDown and .hover steps.

Add support to compare PDFs

For example one of the features of our application is Reporting. So when user click Generate report, a pdf report will be downloaded.After our script click on generate the report, we would like to compare the baseline PDF with the current PDF.
