Provide emulator support for MacOs Catalina version 10.15.5 with Safari browser version 13.1.1.

Currently, only Safari Browser version 13 is available on Virtual Desktops on Sauce Labs. When we select 13.0 it is actually 13.0 version but we need 13.1 version to troubleshoot/reproduce/fix issues reported by customers.
