Update Internet Exlorer to latest version.

Currently IE 11 is outdated in certain platforms. For example IE11 on Windows 10 has version 11.103.10586.0 which is a few years old.Having the latest versions can help customers keep up with what the market is using.

Performance Testing

In addition to functional testing, we'd like to leverage Sauce Labs to conduct front-end performance testing on desktop and real devices. Browsers of interest include IE, Edge (Desktop) and iOS Safari, iOS Chrome, Android Chrome (Real Device).

Use latest Windows 10 update version with Chrome/Firefox

As a user, I would like Windows 10 to be on the latest update version when testing against Chrome/Firefox. Current Windows 10 version when testing against Chrome/Firefox is 1511, which is before the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition
