Ability to reconnect to an existing Saucelabs Session

If I have a Saucelabs VM running, I would like to have the option to reconnect to an existing Saucelabs VM. That way I can bypass the time spent waiting for the machine to bootup.

Sauce Runner - It should be possible to change the REST Command or make it possible to add extra parameters.

Implement github badges and status reports for pull requests on Sauce Runner

Allow status reports on the results of the most recent build be sent to github as a badge or report for pull requests. Currently the only way to check status is by logging into dashboard and other users aren't able to see if the tests passed.
