Unblock Mailinator

There is a workaround using Sauce Connect for accessing Mailinator in Sauce VMs, but Norton Life Lock wants to access Mailinator without Sauce Connect and is requesting that it be unblocked.

Add SC version. number to the tunnel page

Add a field for tunnel version number on the Tunnels tab inside the Sauce Labs environment or allow users to hover over the shield symbol and see additional information.

Enable/Disable Sauce Connect from Manage Jenkins for sauce-ondemand-plugin
