Include build name on Sauce Labs JIRA plugin's metadata tab

As a user being able to see extra metadata information such as build name will help see all the necessary information from a test ran at Sauce without having to leave the embedded test window.

Need the better support for Gradle

Our new java based testing project is using Gradle not Maven. We need some plugins like sauce-connect-plugin for Gradle to start the connection programically (com.saucelabs:ci-sauce:1.121 isn't good enough), and the build runner.
