The ability to specify GEO location for a web browser

Ran into a scenario where we want to test GEO location feature in a web browser but we get the GEO location from where the datacenter is located and would like the ability to set the GEO location in the environment before the browser starts?

Increase the maximum test duration

Today, the maximum test duration value allowed is 10800 seconds, which is not enough for long executions, like CI builds containig hundreds of Selenium tests. It would be nice to allow to set any wished value for the maxDuration.
